The Challenge

A maker's following, stuck at trunk shows.

Nicole Brown's handmade bow ties and accessories sold best at trunk shows and local markets. Her Squarespace site looked generic, lacked the cohesive branding that would make her work memorable online, and generated almost no eCommerce revenue. She needed to make the leap from in-person maker to online brand, without losing the handcrafted quality that made her work special.

The Approach

A store as elegant as the pieces.

We designed a custom eCommerce store that matched the elegance and personality of the pieces Nicole makes by hand. The brand identity we created carried into her social media and marketing, everything felt like the same business. Once the site launched, we ran a white-hat link building campaign to build domain authority and drive qualified organic traffic to the new store.

The Impact

Traffic that keeps compounding.

  • 800% growth in online sales, year over year
  • Brand identity extended across social media and marketing channels at launch
  • Measurable increases in users, pages per session, and time on site from day one
