We do not collect payment information directly — any payments made through our invoicing or proposals are handled by third-party payment processors.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Confirm and manage consultations you've booked
- Send you project-related communications if we're working together
- Understand how our website is being used so we can improve it

- Website OS — our own self-hosted form engine processes submissions from our contact form. Your name, email, and message are stored on our secure server and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Booking system — we use a third-party scheduling tool for consultations. The provider processes your name, email, and selected time slot. You'll be directed to that provider's interface when booking.
- Google Fonts — our site self-hosts its fonts, so no font requests are sent to Google's servers.
- Analytics — we may use web analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Where used, these are configured to anonymize IP addresses and not build individual profiles.
We choose our service providers carefully and do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Functional cookies — small files that help the site work properly (e.g., remembering your session if applicable)
